Refund Policy

Short version: the free trial exists so you never pay for something you haven’t tried, annual plans are refundable pro-rata for 30 days, and our billing mistakes are always refunded in full.

Try before you pay

Every subscription starts with a 14-day free trial. A card is required to start it, but nothing is charged until day 15 — so you can evaluate Stamp fully before any money changes hands. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing at all.

Monthly plans

Monthly charges ($15) are non-refundable once billed. You can cancel anytime through the Stripe billing portal in the app — cancellation immediately stops all future charges, and you keep access through the end of the period you’ve already paid for.

Annual plans

Within 30 days of an annual ($150) charge, contact us and we’ll refund you pro-rata for the unused portion of the year. After 30 days the charge is non-refundable, but you can still cancel to stop the next renewal.

Mistaken charges

Accidental or duplicate charges are refunded in full, no questions asked. Email support@stamphq.com and we’ll sort it out.

How refunds are paid

To request any refund, email support@stamphq.com from your account email. Refunds are processed through Stripe to your original payment method and typically arrive within 5–10 business days.
